1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following expressions shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "1947pk", "we", "us", or "the Company" refers to the operator of the 1947pk platform at 1947pk.org, licensed and operated under international gaming regulations.
• "Platform" means the 1947pk website accessible at 1947pk.org, including all associated pages, services, games, and betting facilities made available through it.
• "Player", "you", or "User" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any feature of the 1947pk Platform.
• "Account" means the registered account created by a Player on the 1947pk Platform, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Gaming Services" includes all casino games, live dealer tables, slot games, sports betting markets, and any other wagering activities available through 1947pk.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, reload offer, or other incentive credited to a Player Account under the terms of a specific 1947pk promotion.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures required to confirm the identity, age, and residency of Players.
• "Real Money Wager" means any bet or stake placed using actual PKR funds held in a Player's Account balance, as distinct from play-money or demo modes.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 1947pk Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager through the Gaming Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your Account. Continued use of 1947pk following any published amendment to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3 Eligibility

Access to and use of 1947pk Gaming Services is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of their Account:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 1947pk enforces a minimum age of 21 and will request documentary proof of age during KYC verification. Any Account found to have been registered by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds will be handled in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of a 1947pk employee, director, officer, or contractor.
• You do not have an existing 1947pk Account that has been suspended, closed, or self-excluded. Attempting to register a second Account to circumvent a previous closure or self-exclusion is a material breach of these Terms.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain and comply with the laws applicable to you in your location.
• You are of sound mind and registering of your own free will, without coercion or inducement by any third party.

1947pk reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photographic identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.

4 Account Registration & Security

Each Player may hold only one registered Account on the 1947pk Platform. The registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device profiles — is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all associated balances.

When creating your Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must promptly update your Account details if any information changes. 1947pk shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You agree to:

• Select a strong, unique password and not share it with any other person.
• Log out of your Account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify 1947pk support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
• Not permit any other person to access or use your Account, whether or not such person is known to you.

1947pk will never contact you to request your full password. Any communication purporting to be from 1947pk that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

All Account transactions — deposits, withdrawals, wagers placed, and bonuses claimed — are final once confirmed by the system, subject to the dispute resolution process set out in Section 14.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 1947pk Platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 1947pk does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. The following payment methods are currently supported:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• EasyPaisa — mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• HBL (Habib Bank Limited) — direct bank transfer
• UBL (United Bank Limited) — direct bank transfer
• Meezan Bank — direct bank transfer

Minimum deposit: Rs. 500. Minimum withdrawal: Rs. 1,000. Maximum transaction limits may vary by payment method and account verification tier. Players are encouraged to review current limits within their Account dashboard.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used for a deposit to the same Account and has been successfully verified under KYC procedures. 1947pk will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment instruments not registered under the Account holder's verified name.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows, subject to KYC completion and internal verification checks:

• JazzCash and EasyPaisa: typically within 1–4 hours of approval
• Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank): typically 1–3 business days

1947pk reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing time. Players will be notified if additional documentation is required.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

1947pk offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this Section.

Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly on each promotion page.

Bonus Eligibility: Welcome bonuses are available to new Players making their first deposit only. Existing Players who close and re-register an Account to claim a welcome bonus again will be in breach of these Terms, and any bonus credited will be void.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Only one bonus may be active in a Player's Account at any time.
• Bonus funds must be used before real-money funds are staked (where applicable to the specific promotion structure).
• Free spins winnings are typically capped at a maximum withdrawal amount as stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses claimed through the use of VPNs, proxy servers, or any other method designed to circumvent geographic or eligibility restrictions will be voided immediately.
• 1947pk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice where it reasonably believes abuse or exploitation of the promotion is occurring.
• Any evidence of coordinated bonus abuse, including but not limited to collusion between Players or systematic exploitation of a promotional structure, will result in the forfeiture of all related bonuses and may result in Account suspension.

7 Gaming Rules & Sports Betting

All casino games available on the 1947pk Platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology, independently audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are operated in real time by trained professional dealers and are subject to the same fairness standards.

Sports betting markets, including all cricket, PSL, football, and other sports markets, are subject to the following conditions:

• All bets are final once accepted and confirmed by the system. 1947pk does not accept requests to cancel or amend wagers after confirmation, except in cases of manifest system error or event cancellation as described below.
• In the event that a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the relevant market result can be determined, 1947pk reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' Accounts.
• In-play betting markets are subject to brief delays. 1947pk cannot guarantee the acceptance of in-play wagers placed after the relevant game event has occurred, and any such wagers accepted in error may be voided.
• Odds are subject to change prior to bet acceptance. The odds displayed at the time a bet is submitted may differ from those at the time of acceptance if there is a delay in submission. The odds confirmed at acceptance are final.
• Maximum stake limits apply to individual markets and events. Players should refer to the relevant market page for applicable limits.

1947pk reserves the right to limit the betting activity of any Player if it has reasonable grounds to suspect that the Player is engaging in arbitrage betting, match fixing, or any other activity that undermines the integrity of the Platform's betting markets.

8 Prohibited Conduct

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct on or in connection with the 1947pk Platform. Violation of any prohibition in this Section shall constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place wagers, access games, or interact with the Platform in any way that is not through direct human operation of a standard web browser or mobile application.
• Exploiting any bug, error, or vulnerability in the Platform's software, games, or payment processing systems. Any such exploitation must be reported immediately to our support team. Players who exploit bugs for financial gain will have affected winnings voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using 1947pk accounts as a mechanism to deposit and withdraw funds without genuine gaming activity as the primary purpose.
• Attempting to use stolen, fraudulently obtained, or third-party payment instruments to deposit funds into a 1947pk Account.
• Providing false or misleading information at any stage of registration, KYC verification, or support interaction.
• Colluding with other Players in live dealer games, poker rooms, or any other multiplayer format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Making defamatory, threatening, abusive, or discriminatory statements in any public-facing feature of the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or extract the source code of any component of the 1947pk Platform.

9 Responsible Gaming

1947pk is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that enable Players to maintain control over their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered Players through their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications that alert you when you have been actively gaming for a specified duration.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen prompts showing your net gaming activity for the current session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, you will not be able to log in or place wagers.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and request to be excluded from all 1947pk marketing communications. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 1947pk Platform, including but not limited to the 1947pk brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and database compilations, is the exclusive intellectual property of 1947pk or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No Player acquires any ownership interest in any content, software, or intellectual property of 1947pk by virtue of their use of the Platform.

The following acts are strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of 1947pk:

• Reproducing, distributing, publishing, or creating derivative works from any Platform content.
• Using 1947pk's branding, logos, or trademarks in any context that could imply endorsement, affiliation, or official association.
• Screen-capturing, recording, or broadcasting live dealer game sessions or other Platform content.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1947pk's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of real-money deposits made by that Player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

1947pk shall not be liable — whether in contract, tort, negligence, statute, or otherwise — for any of the following categories of loss:

• Loss of profits, anticipated savings, business opportunity, or goodwill.
• Indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any nature.
• Losses arising from circumstances outside 1947pk's reasonable control, including telecommunications outages, payment processor failures, government actions, or force majeure events.
• Any loss arising from a Player's reliance on information provided on the Platform that the Player did not verify independently.

The 1947pk Platform and all Gaming Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 1947pk makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

1947pk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its reasonable discretion, including without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete or pass KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of the Platform or its promotional offers.
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed transaction instruction from a payment provider.
• A regulatory or law enforcement instruction requiring account action.
• The Account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy).

In the event of Account closure due to Player breach of these Terms, 1947pk reserves the right to withhold any bonus balances and, where applicable and permitted by our licensing terms, any real-money balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Where a Player closes their Account voluntarily and in good standing, any verified real-money balance will be returned via the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

A Player who wishes to close their Account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting our support team via live chat.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

1947pk collects, processes, and retains Player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration, KYC verification, and ongoing Platform use may include your name, date of birth, national identity information, residential address, contact details, payment method information, and transaction history. This data is processed for the following purposes:

• Verifying your identity and eligibility to use the Platform.
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and internal account transactions.
• Complying with anti-money laundering, responsible gaming, and licensing obligations.

• Sending account-related communications and, where you have opted in, promotional offers.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 1947pk holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute regarding a specific game outcome, bet settlement, or account transaction, Players should follow the dispute resolution procedure below:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit a detailed written description of your complaint to our support team via live chat or by email to [email protected]. Include your account username, the date and time of the disputed event, and the transaction or game round ID where available.
• Step 2 — Internal Review: 1947pk will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a full written response within 14 business days. Complex matters may require additional time, and you will be notified accordingly.
• Step 3 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal review, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by 1947pk's licensing authority.

15 Amendments to These Terms

1947pk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 1947pk will provide notice to registered Players by email or by displaying a prominent notification on the Platform for a reasonable period prior to the changes taking effect.

The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at 1947pk.org/terms-conditions. The effective date displayed at the top of this document reflects the date on which the current version came into force.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 12.
